Your Heart is Calling: will you listen?

“What makes your heart sing?
The process of revealing your answer,
will change everything.”

– Kathryn

I have been using exclamation marks all week!  I’ve always loved this long, pointed form of punctuation that conveys so much energy, excitement, progress, and possibility! It is how I see and move through the world, how I think, and how I speak.

These last 5 years have certainly been full of exclamation point moments, and simultaneously, a deeper kind of sustainable momentum has unfolded as I learned how to also cultivate being fully in the present moment, observing, and valuing the impact that comes from BE-ing vs DO-ing.

When I read this quote from Helen Keller, I find myself quieting, closing my eyes and smiling from within.  It is a soft, warm, knowing, presence – the opposite of the action-oriented nature of an exclamation.

The best and most beautiful things in this world
cannot be seen or even heard,
but must be felt with the heart.

-Helen Keller

Yes.

Feeling something with the heart, invites us to be fully present; to observe and value what is extraordinary around us.

Leading from the heart, invites us to set an intention to have impact on others through BE-ing.

Following our heart, invites us to be an expert on what makes our heart sing.

This last point was where I began my journey.  I didn’t KNOW what made my heart truly sing. I was grateful for so much, but knew it was time for me to take responsibility and take charge of being an expert on myself. It was really hard in the beginning. The process I developed is now the starting place in The Career (Life!) Breakthrough Academy – designd so that leaders can quicky reveal the missing self-clarity needed to curate their Next Chapters, and certainly needed to have in place before applying for jobs or making career or life choices that won’t be what they (really) want.

The amazing news?  When our hearts are truly singing, it’s an indication we are living in our purpose; having the impact we are meant to have – with joy, ease, and financial sustainability.

I send you my very best wishes for moments where your heart is full, and with exclamation points!

As always, please let me know how you are doing, and if this resonated with you!

To your success,

Kathryn

P.S. – This time of year can be challenging if you’re at a Crossroad Moment, trying to figure out what to do, what is possible, what you (really) want, and what you should do next.  If this is YOU or someone you know, I’ve opened up times on my calender to get on the phone for a confidential call.
