Each night, when I go to sleep, I die. And the next morning, when I wake up, I am reborn. -Mahatma Gandhi
It’s Spring! As I sit here in my San Diego backyard, I can smell the warm air that is infused with the fragrance of lemon, lime, and orange blossoms, blooming wisteria, jasmine and rosemary.
It’s something that moves me deeply. It’s intoxicating. It’s pure joy. It’s gratitude.
And… it’s possibility.
It’s the possibility to start anew. Different than New Year’s resolutions, this time of year can bring hope as winter fades away. “Spring Cleaning” can extend our personal and professional lives as we take stock of everything we’ve accomplished this year so far, and everything that may not be serving our highest and best good.
Perhaps, too, we can use this time to hit the much-needed “re-start” button on a past that wasn’t in alignment with who we are. Or, we can look to take an exciting leap into a new chapter of opportunity and impact.
The fragrances of Spring are also a great reminder to slow down, breathe in deeply and absorb all the gifts around us.
We have everything we need. We are everything we need. Right now is all we need.
Each morning, set an intention for BE-ing the person you are meant to be, and commit to fully sharing your gifts to the world!
Blessings for a Happy Easter and Passover. Blessings for a week of possibilities!
To your success,
Kathryn
