What’s a “Crossroad Moment?”
It can be many things. Regardless of their situation, most of my clients describe a “pulling” or a “knowing” that it’s time to make a change. And, while you may know it, trying to decide what to do next, and when and how, can create paraysis.
You may be in a continuous and frustrating loop of weighing all your options and seeking advice. You may be hoping that once “something” happens in your current situation then everything will be better. You may have recently made a big move and realize that the frustrations have followed you. You may have just been laid off or fired, and feel a wide range of emotions.
